Job Description :
Finance & Accounts
* Trainer for preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, debtor & creditor accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms.
* Controlling on Debtors / Creditors.
* Bank, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
* Bank Reconciliation
* Foreign Remittance
* Cash Management/Controlling
Taxation & Auditing
* Preparing and ensuring timely assessment and filing of Income tax & GST returns viz.TDS, PT, GST, Etc.
* Responsible for Deduction & Payment of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and issuance of Form 16A.
* Coordinating Internal and statutory audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary
recommendations.
* Preparation of statements required at the time of finalization of accounts by the Auditors.
* Responsible to solve the queries of Statutory, Internal Audit for region.
MIS, Cost Control & Others
* Preparation of monthly reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on Sales, Debtors, Creditors and P&L, Balance sheet.
* Controlling on Inventory.
* Responsible for Training of Daily Routine Work to Accounts People like Voucher entries, Invoicing in the accounting software (TALLY ERP 9.0) with other Book-keeping etc.
