Exp : 2-5Yrs

Post : Export - Customer Service Executive

Salary : up to 20K

Good Communication is must.

Below Is the JD :
NOMINATION / EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work on inquiry received from agent / customer
Reply on mail received from agent / customer
Negotiate with shipping line for best competitive freight rates.
Provide rates to agent / customer , after shipment confirmed
Advise earliest vessel schedule basis cargo readiness and place booking suitably.
Keep constant co-ordination with Customer CHA and ensure customs clearance in time.
Send Export Stuffing & Loading Report to the clients
Keep close track and ensure containers are on-board is as per schedule.
Ensure submission of Load List/ Follow up with documentation for b/l
Issue Original MBL/HBL to shipper and agent against necessary charges.
Released MBL from shipping line and send pre-alert documents along with debit note (Collect Charge/Profit share) to overseas agent if involve.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
follow up with agent / shipper for b/l details   before cut off
Submit b/l to the shipping line
Preparing H b/l in studio
After receiving    draft    follow up with client/ agent to confirmed   b/l
after confirmation of final draft   follow up with shipping line   for onboard
once on board received arranged to released master b/l from line and house b/l from studio
