Making cold calls and follow-up for new & potential clients
To gather in depth information about projects being sold
Arrange meeting with clients, develop & maintain relationship with clients
Making site visits for clients in residential projects of different reputed builders & developers
Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them
Searching for the new clients apart from traffic on website by corporate visits & society visits
Meeting targets with monthly deadliness & business development operations
Handling HNIs and NRIs clients for significantly enhancing business & maintaining healthy business relations with major corporate & institutional clients, ensuring
maximum customer satisfaction
Providing after sales services & assisting in home loans for the clients
Ensuring a continued relationship with builders, developers and channel partners through pre and post phase of sales.
