Post : Client Relations Manager
Job Role:
* To Head International Client Relations Department
* To be the face of the company for International Clients catering to US and EUROPE and other global locations
* To Lead a team of Account Managers (Client Service Executives)
* To ensure Team is available in rotational shift to cater and respond to client emails and calls
* To coordinate with Operations/Production team to ensure on time delivery of orders placed by Clients
* To ensure team has prompt proactive communication with Clients
* To attend Client calls, New Prospect Clients, Internal Leadership calls
* To ensure activating dormant clients by upselling services we offer, to pitch new services we offer to existing clients
* To track CSAT and ensure team has no client escalations
